We're so excited to share that YA for WA is part of the 2023 Margaret River Readers and Writers Festival!
The festival takes place over the 12th - 14th of May, and the theme is Let's take a moment. We're looking forward to taking a road trip to our state's beautiful south-west for the weekend and soak in all the bookish goodness.
Bianca Breen will be hosting two events:
A group of friends head off to a remote island on the WA coast for the leavers of a lifetime. Free at last and ready to party, expectations are high. But when a body is found it becomes clear that anyone who survives the week will never be the same again. Fast-paced and crackling with intensity, The Brink dives deep into issues of sexuality, identity and friendship. Join Holden Sheppard for this no-holds-barred discussion about his gripping new YA novel.
